BACK ON THE AIR SUNDAY ON AM 570..AND SOME NOTES FOR THE WEEKEND
Hi everyone–
As you know…I had taken this Sunday off. But…Roger Lodge’s wife has gone into labor…so I’ll be back in my normal slot at 2 PM. The show will go until 4….leading into Raiders football. My schedule for the week looks like this:
Monday–Loose Cannons…12-4
Tuesday-Good Times………4-7
Wed—- Good Times………4-7
Thurs—Loose Cannons….12-4 or Good Times 4-7..(I’ll update later)
Saturday-LA day at Universal Studios…2-6
Sunday–2PM
As always, thanks for listening. And stay tuned to joemcd.com for some MAJOR changes to this website. I’ll be announcing them very soon……..
My best to Roger and his wife for a healthy and safe childbirth……
The Lakers are still in the hunt for Al Harrington. If he doesn’t go to Indiana and the Lakers don’t get him, fans will have every right to be upset. Everyone but Kobe and Lamar should be made available for the Hawks in a sign-and-trade deal….no questions asked. And if keeping Andrew Bynum is the holdup in this deal, well…excuse me while I die laughing…….
If this deal isn’t done, don’t be so sure it’s Mitch Kupchak’s fault. I’ve known Mitch since 1981 and I’ve had MANY questions about some of his moves–and non-moves–but this one is such a no-brainer that a man with the basketball knowledge of Kupchak would not blow this. A messed-up opportunity of this magnitude would have the odious stench of a non-basketball mind mind behind it………..
