What a football game! If the BCS could come up with one like that every year, you’d never hear another complaint………
Yes, I’m surprised Texas won, but not totally shocked. USC is a great college football team, but anyone can be beaten–at anytime. And it wasn’t a matter of SC playing crummy or coming out flat. They just lost to a better team last night. It was a great shootout, worthy of ranking with the top championship games of any sport. The Longhorns were just better……….
David Carr or not…Reggie Bush or not..,if Vince Young comes out and the Houston Texans don’t choose him # 1 in the NFL draft, they deserve to wallow in last place for the rest of the decade. Rarely do you see a combination of talent and poise possessed by the Heisman Trophy runner-up. 467 total yards in the biggest game of the year–absolutely phenomenal!!
